Payments must be received by the payment date and without deduction of any transfer fee. We work with Western Union and DHL money transfer and when you contact us you have to write the name of the responsible person who is going to receive the money transfer; (Daniel Abarca Soto). This is our company (International Andean Challenge). For security purposes, please hand us the TRANSFER CODE when you send us the email.

Late payments will result in a cancellation risk. We must maintain a positive relationship with our suppliers.

Unless indicated other wise prior to or at the time of booking, reservations are confirmed after we receive a deposit “tour and hotels packages” or full payment.

We usually need to prepay suppliers and our negotiated or cheaper rates are obtained through committing to advance payments. There fore, your rights to refunds, if you change or cancel your reservation are some times limited.

Any cancellation by a client must be made in writing by either email or Fax . The date on which the cancellation notice is received by the company or its agents will determine the applicable cancellation fee.

Refund checks will normally be mailed within 2 weeks of cancellation, assuming we experience no difficulty or delay in receiving the corresponding refund from the suppliers involved.

Deposits and final payment must be made at the time of requesting a reservation. We reserve the right to cancel the booking without prior notice if the deposit or balance is not paid by the dead line as specified. In this case, we will apply any relevant cancellation charges as if you had cancelled before making any refund. Unless indicated other wise in advance, a reservation is confirmed when 50 % or 100% of the paid elements are confirmed.
